Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not guaranteed to be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a 1-2 days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. If your purchase is more than $35, you will receive free shipping on your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders We ship internationally! Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at collarcutsofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. CollarCuts is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
